By creating an account or using LetterForLater, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our service.
These terms apply to all users of our digital legacy letter service, including free and premium subscribers.

Important We provide the platform and delivery system, but you are responsible for the content and timing of your letters.

06 Digital Estate Management
Deactivation Protocol
Unlike standard services that purge data immediately, we offer a suspension protocol. You may deactivate your account to pause access while preserving your letters in our secure vault until you choose to reactivate.

Archive Protocol

If you choose to permanently erase your account, all letters, media, and encryption keys will be purged from our active systems. Due to the sensitive nature of legacy data, this action requires multi-factor confirmation and is irreversible.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent activity or non-payment of premium services.
