Simple pricing, no surprises

Nothing you've written is deleted, and letters you've already scheduled are still delivered on their date. Your account goes back to the free plan, so new letters are text-only, addressed to you, and up to 6 months ahead.

Any time, in Settings → Manage Billing. You won't be charged again.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, one of the largest payment processors. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us.

Letters are encrypted before they're stored and travel over HTTPS. Nothing in the product reads your letters. To be precise, this is encryption at rest with a key we hold, not end-to-end encryption; our About page explains exactly how it works.

If we ever decide to close, we'll give at least 90 days' notice by email and send every undelivered letter to its author. It's written into our Terms of Service.

Same features and the same 5 GB of storage. Premium renews once a year; Heritage is one payment for permanent access.

Yes. Start free and upgrade whenever a letter needs it, or move from Premium to Heritage at any time.

For letters meant to arrive after you're gone, at least half of your trusted contacts must confirm. A safety delay then begins, during which you can cancel if the report is wrong.

Each recipient gets an email with a secure link to open the letter. If it isn't opened, we send reminders.
